Paulo Roberto da Costa Junior

Paulo Roberto da Costa Junior is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in dynamic analysis and riser configuration optimization, currently serving as Lead Dynamic Analysis Engineer at Technip since September 2015. With prior roles at McDermott International Inc. and Technip, Paulo has demonstrated expertise in pipeline and flexible pipe design, conducting various analyses using specialized software such as Orcaflex and Deeplines. In addition to technical skills, Paulo has a strong focus on team development and procedural quality within the Subsea Engineering Department. Educational qualifications include a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Submarine Engineering from Funcefet.
