Andrey Carlson

Andrey Carlson has extensive experience in production leadership and quality analysis, currently serving as Production Shift Leader at Techniplas since February 2015, overseeing team leaders and technicians in plastic injection. Previous roles at Techniplas include Production Team Lead and Quality Analyst, focusing on problem-solving related to quality issues using Japanese methodology and internal analysis systems. Prior to Techniplas, Andrey worked at Hyundai MOBIS, initially as Production Assistant, developing production countermeasures and standardizing assembly processes, and as Operator II, specializing in the assembly of Hyundai HB20 panels. Early experience at Caterpillar Inc. as an Intern involved supporting assembly management in various sections and organizing improvement suggestions within the production system. Andrey is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at Fatec Deputado Roque Trevisan, expected to complete in 2017.
