Cesar Flores

Cesar Flores serves as the Director of Quality and Lean Manufacturing North America at Techniplas since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Quality Control at Linamar Corporation from April 2023 to August 2024, and US Regional Director of MOS and Quality at Metalsa from July 2016 to September 2020. Prior to these positions, Cesar held the title of Director of Quality at Methode Electronics, where responsibilities included achieving Ford Q1 and ISO TS registrations for three plants in Mexico. Additionally, quality management roles were held at Magna Powertrain and Lear Corporation, where oversight of comprehensive quality management programs was a key focus. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Universidad de Monterrey and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Americana del Noreste, along with a certificate in True Lean Manufacturing from the University of Kentucky.
