Tito Joseph Francis

Tito Joseph Francis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Tito worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Technisanct in 2020, where they created RESTful endpoints in Go, using the Gin Framework. Tito also implemented multiple services that interacted with each other using Protocol Buffer and gRPC.

In 2019, Tito served as a Director at SlashBeyond Interactive Pvt Ltd. Tito was involved in the complete software development life cycle, including system requirement collection, architecture, design, coding, testing, maintenance, and enhancement. Tito developed RESTful endpoints using the Gin Framework in GoLang and the FastAPI Framework in Python.

Tito also has experience as a Consulting CTO at Roldantz Mind Health Pvt Ltd, a Mental Health Studio. Their responsibilities included consulting in the development of the mental health platform and project management and monitoring. Their tenure in this role was from December 2021 to October 2022.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Qx Robotics, a Pharmacy Robotics Automation Company, Tito designed and developed a prototype Pharmacy Dispensing Robotics Solution. Tito also gained experience in team building and project management during their tenure from January 2019 to April 2022.

From 2014 to 2018, Tito worked as the Chief Research & Development Officer at Waxwing Avionics. Tito conducted research and development of Python-based solutions to analyze and parse flight data. Tito also developed GUI with PyQt for data analysis, processing, and visualization.

Tito gained early experience as a Student Worker at Bosch Sensortec GmbH in 2016, where they developed a sensor data acquisition system using Raspberry Pi and Python for checking the quality of gyroscope sensor BMG250 production.

Finally, Tito started their work journey as an Intern at Resnova Technologies Pvt. Ltd in 2014. The duration of their internship was from November 2014 to February 2016.

Tito Joseph Francis has a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Industrial Drives And Control from Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology, Ernakulam, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended CSI College of Engineering, Ooty, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2009 to 2013. Tito's secondary education includes completing 12th grade at St. Peter's Senior Secondary School, Kadayirippu, Kolenchery, from 2007 to 2009. Tito attended MET Public School, Perumbavoor, for their primary education from 1999 to 2007.
