Frashiah Olive Mutune

Frashiah Olive Mutune possesses extensive experience in project and bid management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Techno Brain Group since April 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing the Project Management Office operations, ensuring on-time billing, and producing executive dashboard reports. Prior to this role, Frashiah was the Senior Bid Manager, excelling in bid preparation, risk assessment, and compliance. Frashiah has also held the position of Tenders and Imports Manager at Bakpharm Limited from January 2004 to April 2013, where duties included managing tender documentation and liaising with suppliers and procuring entities. Frashiah holds a Diploma in Advanced Certificate in Business Management from The Kenya Institute of Management, completed in 2009.
