Raza Rahman

Raza Rahman is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in geotechnical and pavement engineering. Currently serving as Principal Design Engineer at Techno-Consult International since September 2021, Raza has held several prominent positions, including Director of Geotechnical and Pavement Engineering at FINITE ENGINEERING (PVT) LIMITED and General Manager at Osmani & Company (Pvt.) Ltd. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Halcrow Pakistan, where Raza directed project management related to geotechnical and pavement engineering, and held senior positions at CH2M and other esteemed firms. Raza's academic credentials include an M.S. in Geotechnical and Transportation Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Karachi.
