Nadya Fernanda Culqui Corrales

Nadya Fernanda Culqui Corrales is an experienced architect with a solid background in civil works and project delineation. Currently serving as a Delineante arquitectónica at TECHNO PRO HISPANIA S.L. since January 2023, Nadya specializes in civil engineering delineation for industrial buildings and 3D modeling in Revit. Previous roles include Delineante proyectista arquitectónica at Xortu - Gestamp, where responsibilities involved delineation, design, and project management for a multinational industrial company. Nadya has also held positions with ERAIKUN CONSTRUCCIONES Y PROYECTOS SL as a technical department assistant, and at Banco ProCredit Ecuador as a specialist in real estate valuation, gaining expertise in budget management, technical specifications, and building inspections throughout a diverse career in construction and real estate.
