Anthony Sukdeo uses the Canadian entity Secits Inc. (created in 2006) to do service contracts.  The TECHNOCORP trademark is licenced to Secits Inc.


NOTICE

As a footnote, the unstructured web and social media is making it possible for "popup companies and impersonators" to use the TECHNOCORP trademark in their names to imply brand association without a licence.  In fact all trademark owners/holders are concerned about this problem.  Many businesses with trademarks are concern about the safety of consumers and the implications for their brands, when this happens.  Anyone acting to mislead is untrustworthy.

On the other hand, it is just strange to see that for some people originality is not important.  Fortunately, consumers know to append the suffix ".com" to any trademark to find the original website.  In the case of Technocorp, consumers should know that any legitimate licencee of the Technocorp trademark will be listed on the technocorp.com website.
