Jaanika Kaiv

Jaanika K. is a Sales Transformation Manager at Technogym since April 2023, with prior experience as a Sales Operations Business Partner and Sales Controller for Scandinavia at Fujitsu from October 2020 to March 2023. Jaanika took a leave for MBA studies and travel from November 2019 to September 2020. A long tenure at Nokia spanned from September 2007 to October 2019, where roles included Global Analysis & Projects, Group FP&A, and various financial controller positions across different regions. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager for the Rat Race 2012 in Tallinn with Junior Chamber International. Jaanika holds an MBA from Bayes Business School and a BASc from TalTech. Further professional development included participation in Nokia’s Executive Development Program across Brazil, Portugal, and the UK from 2014 to 2016.
