Pierluigi Alessandri

He has worked with Technogym since 1983, as the co-founder alongside Nerio Alessandri and has been promoting the development of industrial and real estate company operations for over 30 years until today.

Since 1986, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. He has also been the sole director of TGB S.r.l. (formerly known as Technogym Building S.r.l.), and in this position, since 2000, he has supervised and finalised the Technogym Village creation project. In 2006 he also managed the start-up and completion of works for the Technogym Group production plant in Slovakia.
