Rachel Chan is currently a Director at MYO and has been a Master Trainer at Technogym since 2009. With a background in fitness dating back to her Fitness Trainer qualification in 2002, Rachel combines vibrant and effective training styles with extensive knowledge in corrective exercise, yoga, and Pilates. Rachel has successfully worked as a Personal Trainer at various fitness establishments, including California Fitness and Seasons Fitness.
