Jim Roché

Jim Roché has extensive experience in the field of technology and consulting. Jim is currently serving as the Principal and Chief Technology Officer at Hybrid Advisors, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, GDPR, Data Lifecycle/Protection Strategies, Cloud feasibility studies, and Risk Management.

Prior to their current role, Jim worked at Technologent as a BC/DR Consultant, providing consulting and advisory services in the areas of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity for clients of various sizes and verticals. Jim also performed due diligence efforts for clients transitioning legacy DR environments to DRaaS with managed program services overlay, and conducted BIA Business Impact Analyses, Risk Analyses, and ISO/IEC compliance within the BC/DR Program discipline.

Before joining Technologent, Jim served as the Director of Engineering at The Ergonomic Group, where they supported the sales team on existing Enterprise accounts and new logo business. Jim collaborated with the engineering team on complex enterprise solutions, with a focus on Professional Services, Data Protection, Cloud Transition, and Managed Services.

Prior to that, Jim held various roles at Technologent, including Director of ProServe - Central US, where they managed the Professional & Consulting Services Practice for the Central and Midwest regions. Jim was also an Enterprise Architect, specializing in Storage Practice and Pre-sales Data Center Architecture.

Jim has additionally worked at Softchoice as a Data Center Architect, where they qualified, designed, and validated infrastructure footprints in client's data centers.

Earlier in their career, Jim gained experience as an IT Architect at Relational Technology Solutions, Chief Architect at GMAC International Operations, ESS National Services Director at Dimension Data, Lead Architect at Seitel Solutions, and Solutions Architect at USA.Net.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of areas, including business continuity, disaster recovery, data protection strategies, cloud computing, storage virtualization, and infrastructure design. Jim has a strong track record of managing projects, leading teams, and delivering high-quality services to clients.

Jim Roché attended UCLA and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a field of study in Math. The duration of their education and any previous educational experiences are unknown.
