Roman Richard serves as the Program Chair for the Computer Engineering program at the Technological Institute of the Philippines since August 2021, overseeing academic operations and maintaining program standards. Roman also holds a full-time faculty position in the Computer Engineering Department and has contributed as a Graduate School Faculty member since January 2023. In addition to these roles, Roman is involved in the Q-RIEnTe Project at the Quantum and Intelligent Systems Laboratory for Power Engineering and has provided guest lectures on Data Science and Web Technologies at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent and data analytics at INTI International College, Subang, Malaysia. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Philippine Batteries Incorporated and Chateau Rouge, Inc., as well as program coordination at Columban College. Roman's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and a Master of Engineering from Angeles University Foundation, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from Columban College Inc.
