Melanie Halloran has a wealth of experience in the technology and customer service industries. Melanie began their career in 1997 as an Outside Sales Representative for Security Solutions, Inc. In 1998, they moved to Saturn of Cary/Raleigh as a Sales Consultant, where they were nominated for "Top Gun" and achieved a 125% quota. In 2001, they became an Account Service Manager for HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., where they provided technical support to clients and configured their networks, phone systems, and internet services. In 2002, they joined Respicare Pharmacy as an Operations Manager and Pharmacy Technician, and was responsible for designing and implementing a specialized database program. Melanie then moved to Exceptional IT Services, Inc. in 2009 as a Support Services Team Lead, where they were responsible for supervising, assisting with troubleshooting, and training new technicians. Finally, in 2012, they joined Technology Associates as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing the service delivery team and ensuring that all processes and procedures were followed.

Melanie Halloran has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Lakeland College in Business Management. Melanie also has certifications from TechSkills of Raleigh in A+, Net+, and MCSA in Information Technology. In addition, they have obtained a Microsoft certification in Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions in June 2022, a CompTIA A+, Net+, MCSA certification, and a HIPAA Security Training - Business Associate H108 BA certification from HIPAA Secure Now!.
