Roy Hadley

Roy Hadley is a seasoned technology lawyer currently serving on the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Committee at the State Bar of Georgia and as a technology lawyer at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. In addition, Roy is actively involved as a board member of the Technology Association of Georgia and as a member of the Policy Council for the National Technology Security Coalition, contributing to discussions on technology security policy in the United States. Roy is a member of the CIO Advisory Board for the City of Atlanta, holding an executive position on the Georgia Defense Industrial Base Task Force and participating on the Board of Visitors for the University of Georgia. Previously, Roy served as a business lawyer at Adams and Reese LLP and held the position of general counsel for the Organization of African and Caribbean Consulates in Georgia. Roy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia.
