Dean Miller

Dean Miller serves as the President and CEO of the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital & Technologies (PACT) since April 2010, leading the region's largest business association dedicated to the technology and healthcare sectors. In addition, Dean holds roles as Managing Director of the PCOM Innovation Fund, Vice Chair of the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA), and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Philadelphia Global Identity Partnership (PGIP). Dean's expertise extends to being an Advisor for Plain Sight Capital and a Board Member for X-Biomedical, Inc., contributing to the advancement of medical innovations. With a background that includes previous positions such as Managing Director at Novitas Capital and Board Member at Cernostics, Dean Miller holds MBA and BA degrees from The Wharton School and Franklin & Marshall College, respectively.
