Jennifer Young has a long and varied work experience in the technology and public policy sectors. Jennifer began their career in 2002 as Economic Development Manager for Congresswoman Melissa A. Hart (PA-04). In 2007, they joined the Pittsburgh Technology Council as Senior Director, Industry Networks, and in 2014 they moved to Dunleavy & Associates as Director, Advocacy and Public Policy. In 2018, they joined Life Sciences Pennsylvania as Senior Director, Policy & Public Affairs, and in 2021 they became the Chief Executive Officer of Technology Councils of North America (TECNA).
Jennifer Young attained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Political Science from Westminster College.
