Claire Grosjean is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in business process management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Process Management and Strategic Innovations at Technology Credit Union, Claire has previously held significant roles at SVB, including Managing Director of Global Operations and Senior Director of Global Operational Excellence & Intelligent Automation. Additionally, Claire has contributed as CFO and Partner at IDB Consulting and as VP of Finance at Meriwest Credit Union. Claire holds an MBA in Finance from California State University - East Bay and a BS in Accounting and Business/Management from Lycee de Sevres in Paris. Claire is also a member of the VOCAL Council.
