David Richer

David Richer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, organizational development, and IT operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of PMO at Technology Credit Union since April 2021, David previously held leadership roles at Jade Global, where skills were honed in agile coaching and project execution, enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction ratings. David's earlier roles include Principal at Pacific Computer Solutions, where client project management offices were transformed, and Director of IT at Bookham, where significant improvements in productivity and cost savings were achieved.
