Currently holding the position of AVP Lending Center member contact center, Doreen oversees the Lending Side of the call center, focusing on delivering exceptional member experiences in high-volume environments. Responsibilities include managing online loan channels, coaching representatives, and resolving escalated member issues, with expertise in various loan products, including Heloc, auto, personal loans, visa credit cards, and solar loans. Doreen also served as Lending Center Manager and holds a diploma in Financial Business, Banking and Financial Support Services from Fulton College.
