Joe Pak

Joe Pak has extensive experience in capital markets and finance, currently serving as Vice President of Capital Markets at Technology Credit Union since October 2017. In this role, Joe Pak sources participation opportunities and manages purchased participations. Previously, as Assistant Vice President of Finance and Secondary Marketing, Joe Pak managed interest rates for mortgage programs and maintained relationships with loan brokers and investors. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Treasury Analyst at Bank of the West, where responsibilities included monitoring Foreign Exchange risks and approving transactions, and as Treasury Analyst at Alliance Credit Union, focusing on Asset Liability Management and budgeting. Joe Pak holds a degree from the University of San Francisco.
