Denis Rousseau

Denis Rousseau has extensive experience in project management and software solution consultancy. Since January 2006, Denis has served as the Director of Project Delivery at Technology Evaluation Centers, leading a team that assists organizations in defining software requirements and selecting suitable market solutions. Prior to this role, from August 1999 to January 2004, Denis worked as a Senior Project Manager at CANARAIL Railway Consultants, providing expertise across various projects in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Denis began a career in the railway industry as an International Consultant for Canadian Pacific Railway between February 1983 and February 1990, contributing to system services and consulting projects. Denis holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Université de Montréal, completed in 1976.
