Tero Blomqvist

Tero Blomqvist is an accomplished executive and seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and product development across various leadership roles. As Executive Director at Technology Innovation Institute since April 2024, Tero has previously served as Key Account Manager for HSL at Unikie and Chief Executive Officer at Kaira Clan. Tero’s expertise encompasses Smart City and IoT business growth at ALSO Group, where responsibilities included leading regional programs and ecosystem activities. Tero has also directed significant projects for the City of Tampere, Microsoft, and Nokia, focusing on product quality, program management, and data utility solutions. Tero holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Tampere University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Raahe Institute of Computer Science.
