Baylor Triplett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and software engineering. Currently serving as a Business Developer at The Lash Lounge Point Loma since July 2021, Baylor successfully revitalized the location after acquisition. In addition, Baylor holds the position of Software Engineer at Technology Unlimited Group and has been a key player in various technical roles since April 2019, specializing in user interface solutions. Previous entrepreneurial efforts include founding Triplett Studios, developing the multiplayer game Reservwars, and securing franchise rights for The Lash Lounge Encinitas, where significant operational and marketing contributions were made. Baylor's background also encompasses project management and technical roles at notable companies such as SCEA, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle, bolstered by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as Psychology from UC San Diego.
