Smita Jadhav Bhattacharjee has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Smita started their career in 2006 as a Senior Recruiter at Pure IT Services Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for searching job board CV databases and internal databases for potential candidates. In 2008, they joined Integration International Inc. (i3) as a Resource Deployment Executive, where they played a key role in the company's IT solutions and services projects. In 2009, they joined Technology Ventures as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, before moving on to Korn Ferry in 2013 as a Senior Consultant/Project Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Technology Ventures as a Senior Consultant in Recruiting & Operations, a position they have held since 2015. Smita Jadhav Bhattacharjee completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, from 2002 to 2005.
