Carl Fisher has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Carl started their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Advisor at Bilfinger and later became a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2008, they joined Linc Energy as a Human Resources Business Partner and progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager and eventually became the General Manager of Human Resources. In 2016, they joined Ashdale Workplace Solutions as a Senior Workplace Investigator. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People and Culture Strategic Operations at TechnologyOne, where they previously served as a People & Culture Business Partner.
Carl Fisher completed a Master of Business degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Notre Dame Australia from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of International Business degree in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University from 1998 to 2001. Carl also holds certifications from the Australian Security Academy in Workplace Investigations, including a Certificate IV in Government Investigations and a Certificate III in Investigative Services. Additionally, they are a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI) obtained in 2014 and holds certifications as a Licensed Investigator from the Department of Justice and Attorney-General QLD and as a NMAS Nationally Accredited Mediator from the Mediator Standards Board.
