Douglas Chown

Douglas Chown is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Reliability Engineer and SaaS Engineer at TechnologyOne UK since February 2022, Douglas previously held the position of IT Infrastructure Manager at 1st Formations from July 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Douglas was an IT System Engineer at the Scottish Event Campus from May 2013 to July 2019, and an Infrastructure Engineer at Parseq from March 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included maintaining the stability and efficiency of desktop, server, and network infrastructure. Douglas began his career in technical support at iomart from December 2005 to March 2010 after completing an HND in Technical Support at Stow College from 2003 to 2005.
