Susan Humphreys

Susan Humphreys is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organisational effectiveness and community engagement. Currently serving as the Organisational Effectiveness & Community Manager at TechnologyOne, Susan has led the development and implementation of people strategies for over 1000 team members globally since August 2018. Prior roles include Head of Engagement at Tatts Group, where Susan developed strategies to enhance employee engagement, and various positions at Queensland Rail, including Senior Project Officer and Senior HR Adviser, focusing on workforce programs, diversity initiatives, and complex HR issues. Susan holds a Graduate Certificate in Legal Studies, Workplace Relations, and a Bachelor of Business, Human Resources from the Queensland University of Technology.
