Francesca Borelli

Francesca Borelli has a strong background in program management and advising in the field of international education. Francesca currently holds the role of Program Manager at Technolutions starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Advisor at UConn School of Business from August 2019 to August 2021. Francesca's experience also includes serving as the Assistant Director of Study Abroad at Princeton University from September 2017 to July 2019, where they oversaw various study abroad programs, managed the international student exchange program, and provided guidance to students on academics, visas, and cultural issues. Before Princeton University, Francesca worked at Sacred Heart University as the Associate Director of Global Affairs from May 2015 to August 2017, and as the Coordinator of Global Affairs from April 2011 to April 2015. Francesca began their career in international education as a Language and Cultural Assistant at CIEE from September 2009 to May 2010.

Francesca Borelli completed their Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and English from Loyola University Maryland from 2005 to 2009. In 2007, they also obtained a Certificate in Spanish Language and Conversation from Universidad de Alcalá. Francesca then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Communications from Sacred Heart University from 2014 to 2015. In terms of their high school education, Francesca attended Hamden Hall Country Day School from 1999 to 2005.

In addition to their academic degrees, Francesca has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2017, they completed a program on Creating Successful Faculty-Led Programs in Paris, France, offered by CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Intercultural Development Inventory from the Intercultural Development Inventory institution. Francesca also completed NAFSA Academy X, an educational program provided by NAFSA: Association of International Educators, in 2013.
