Tharindu Dhananjaya currently serves as the Manager of Assurance & Compliance at Technomedics International (Pvt) Ltd. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tharindu held the position of Head of Risk & Control at Alaris group of Companies from June 2021 to February 2023. Tharindu's extensive experience in auditing and risk advisory began at B R DE SILVA & CO., where roles included Manager of Audit & Risk Advisory Services, Audit Supervisor, and Audit Associate from April 2011 to June 2021. Tharindu also gained early experience as a Banking Assistant at The State Mortgage and Investment Bank in 2008. Tharindu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting (Hons) specializing in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is currently pursuing ACA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, with previous education in Commerce, Accounting and Finance from Shariputhra College.
