Jay Shah

Jiten "Jay" Shah is an experienced executive with a career spanning over two decades in management consulting and operations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at TechnoMile since October 2024, Jay has previously held significant roles at Octo, including Chief Operating Officer from November 2008 to December 2023, overseeing service delivery and corporate growth. Jay also led the Health & Federal Civilian Business Unit as Executive Vice President at Octo Consulting Group, leveraging over ten years of expertise in architecture and IT strategy across the U.S. Federal Government and other sectors. Prior roles include Director at Gartner, Inc., Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini, and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. Jay holds a Master of Science in IT Management and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
