Carlo Pogliani

Integration And Device Process Engineering (senior) at TECHNOPROBE

Carlo Pogliani has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Carlo began their career in education, working as a Teacher of Electronics and later as a Teacher of Electrotechnics and Quality.

In 1997, they transitioned to the semiconductor industry, joining ST Microelectronics as a Device Engineer. In this role, they managed and supported the industrialization of cutting-edge Flash memories technology. Carlo also monitored and controlled production processes for Flash memories, Embedded memories, and EEPROM, consistently achieving high yields and successfully improving overall yield through process trials.

In 2001, Carlo joined CORNING OTI Spa (now Oclaro Inc.) as a Statistical Process Control and Product/Process Engineer. Carlo gained experience in process control and contributed to product development and improvement.

From 2003 to 2016, Carlo worked at DNP Photomask Europe S.p.A., where they held several roles. Carlo was responsible for process integration and project management, leading the introduction of new technologies, tuning high-end mask processes, and providing support to customers in failure analysis and yield reduction.

During their time at DNP Photomask Europe S.p.A., Carlo also served as a company spokesperson in customer meetings, managed technology transfer from the Japanese headquarters, established a service for customers in material analysis using Raman spectroscopy, and oversaw relations with external laboratories for outsourcing analysis.

In 2017, Carlo joined Technoprobe as a Senior Integration and Device Process Engineer.

Throughout their career, Carlo has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Carlo Pogliani began their education in 1985 at Università degli Studi di Milano, where they pursued a Master Degree in Physics with a specialization in Solid State Physics. Carlo completed their degree in 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, from 1995 to 1997, they furthered their education at Università degli Studi di Milano, obtaining a 2nd Level Master / Post-Doc Specialization in Material Science and Technology.

Between 1996 and 2011, Carlo attended various educational institutions, although specific details about degrees or fields of study during this period are not provided. Then, in 2016, they enrolled in MIP Politecnico di Milano and successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, in 2018.
