Luca Spigarelli has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Luca started their career in 2011 as a student at Politecnico di Torino, where they studied until 2016. In 2017, they joined the same institute as a PhD student and worked there until 2020. During this time, they also spent a period of time as a visitor PhD student at Lund University from January to August 2020. In 2021, Luca joined Technoprobe as a MEMS Designer Engineer and later took on the role of Team Manager in Design Engineering starting in January 2023.
Luca Spigarelli's education history starts with their Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Food Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014. Luca then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical and Sustainable Engineering Processes from the same institution, completing it between 2014 and 2016. Afterward, Luca went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Material Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they completed between 2017 and 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Luca also holds several certifications. In May 2018, they obtained the Certificate Solidworks Associate (CSWA) from Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. In January 2012, they obtained the IELTS certification from the British Council. Lastly, in April 2023, Luca obtained a certification titled "Come eseguire l'analisi fluidodinamica già in fase di progettazione in un ambiente connesso" from Nuovamacut - Una società TeamSystem.
