Marco Paganini

Marco Paganini started their work experience in 2014 at IPG Photonics as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for installation and maintenance of high power lasers in various regions. Marco also conducted lab activities such as fiber laser maintenance, including incoming tests, failure analysis, repairing, and quality checks. Additionally, they provided technical remote support and trained new employees. In 2018, Marco joined Technoprobe as a Laser System & Process Engineer. Marco'sresponsibilities included R&D, prototypal components management, laser process development, metrology, and pilot production. Marco also researched and validated new suppliers. Notably, Marco's expertise as a laser specialist enabled Technoprobe to win a multi-millionaire tendering project, and they are currently managing the setup for the high volume manufacturing line.

Marco Paganini attended Politecnico di Milano from 2011 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in ingegneria with a focus on Fisica.
