Sangeeta Dora

Sangeeta Dora leads the HR and Talent Acquisition activities for Technosphere Inc. She is primarily responsible for Company’s Recruitment Strategies ensuring fulfillment with 100% utilization. Over the last two years of her service with Technosphere, she has kept a steady growth of the company for more than 40%. And in the process, she has excelled in maintaining excellent business relationships with the existing and new Clients.

Prior to joining TSI, she headed the HR and Talent Acquisition team for more than 8 years for many IT Consulting Companies, executing many complex programs and driving transformation. With deep industry and business process expertise, comprehensive resources, and a proven track record, she has successfully mobilized the right people, skills, processes and technologies to help clients meeting their goals.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Physics and master’s in human resource management from Berhampur University, Odisha, India.

She is currently based out of Tampa, FL, USA, Living with her Husband, Daughter, and Son. As a Pet Lover, she has grown a new love for her new pet dog. She loves to spend time with her family. She also loves to do classical dance, and anything related to art is her passion.
