Phongthorn Vatananaya

Phongthorn Vatananaya is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Culture Transformation at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. Previously, Phongthorn held the position of Corporate HR Director at Minor Food. With a background in finance, Phongthorn has also worked in various consultancy roles at companies such as Accenture, Watson Wyatt, and Hewitt Associates. Phongthorn holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University.
