Puspen Maity

Puspen Maity is a seasoned executive in the sportswear and retail industry with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Techno Sportswear Pvt Ltd since October 2022, Puspen focuses on building sportswear for the Indian market and hiring for various roles. Previously, Puspen held the position of Head of Cultsport SW/D2C Initiatives at Cure.Fit from August 2020 to May 2022 and co-founded CultGear and Cultsport, which later merged with Cult.fit. With a long tenure at Myntra Jabong, Puspen advanced through multiple roles, eventually becoming VP & Business Head for Sports, Footwear, Lifestyle Categories, and International Brands. Puspen's earlier career includes managerial roles at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED, Future Group India, Tata International Limited, and Apollo International Ltd. Puspen holds a PGDBM in Marketing from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a B. Tech degree from the University of Calcutta.
