Chitra Balachander

Chitra Balachandar is the Director of Operations for Technostrides Inc. In addition to this position, she also takes on tasks in recruiting staffing and operations. Her expertise resides in business growth, strategic market analysis, talent management, key account management and financial administration initiatives. She manages a team of recruiters, career advisors, account managers and sales associates and displays a strong customer-focused approach to supporting business partners. She also is responsible for leading and managing both onsite and virtual recruiters. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bharathidasan University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University.
