Ruslana Dovzhyk

Ruslana Dovzhyk is a professional with a diverse background in economics, management, and physical education. Currently, Ruslana holds the position of Startup Judge at MassChallenge and is also the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder at TechNovator, a company specializing in wireless power transfer technology. Prior to their current roles, Ruslana served as the Human Resources Director and Operation Manager at a group of leading restaurant chains, where Ruslana oversaw various aspects of employee management, development, and restaurant operations. Ruslana has a strong educational background, holding degrees in economics and management, physical education teaching, and coaching, and also completing Y Combinator's Startup school.
