Ezra Polonsky

Ezra Polonsky is a seasoned consultant currently with TechPar Group since June 2021. Previously, Ezra served as the Managing Director of Business Intelligence at The Jewish Federations of North America, where leadership in business transformation emphasized the use of accurate data for program evaluation and service promotion. Between 2014 and 2018, Ezra worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Executive Director for Supervisory Regulatory Strategy, coordinating with regulators and managing a team of analysts. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director for Research and IT at the City of New York's Mayor's Office of Contract Services, and roles at the Fund for the City of New York and NYC Department of City Planning. Ezra began a career in research with an internship at the Consensus Building Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
