Ken Shurgan is an experienced project and risk manager with a strong background in enterprise risk management and compliance within the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Project/Risk Manager at TechPar Group since January 2020, Ken focuses on the design and implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks. Previous roles include Vice President of ERM & Compliance at Apple Savings Bank, where Ken managed financial transformation initiatives, and Risk Director at MARCUM, directing risk management practices for diverse clients. Ken has also held significant positions at JPMorgan Chase and Washington Mutual, managing regulatory governance projects and leading large-scale initiatives. Ken holds an MBA from Pace University and a BBA from Hofstra University.
