Ben Vargas

Ben Vargas is an accomplished ServiceNow Solution Architect and Success Manager at HelpScale LLC since January 2021. With extensive experience at Techport Thirteen Inc. since April 2007, Ben has also held the position of Director of Service Delivery. Prior to these roles, Ben contributed as a Level 2 Consultant at Hewlett-Packard Co. from March 2004 to April 2007, specializing in technical support for HP's IT Service Management software suite. Ben Vargas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University, completing studies in December 2003.
