Nirmal Biswas has a strong background in IT and has held various management positions throughout their career. Nirmal started working as the IT Head for Nelco Ltd., a Tata Enterprise, in 2003, before moving on to GPI Textiles Limited as the IT Head for the ISPAT Group of Company in 2005. In 2006, they joined TechProcess Solutions Ltd as a Senior Manager of Technology, where they stayed until 2012. In 2012, they became the Head of Service Delivery at Teckraft Infosolutions (P) Ltd for a year. Nirmal then joined an IT Infrastructure Head position in 2014, before transitioning to Ashtech Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd in 2016 as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Solutions.
Nirmal Biswas attended Ramakrishna Mission School in Kamarpukur from 1991 to 1993, where they completed their 10th Board exam. During this time, they gained knowledge in data center management, backup solutions, and cloud technology.
