Melisa Kadosh

Melisa Kadosh has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance. Melisa has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1996, Melisa worked at BackWeb Technologies as an R&D/R&D Support Engineer. Melisa provided customer support and worked on projects based on customer requirements. Melisa later became a QA Manager, overseeing a team of 15 testers and being responsible for UI testing and recruitment.

From 2002 to 2003, Melisa worked at Ness Technologies as a RollOut Manager and Senior Team Leader. Melisa managed and coordinated acceptance testing for a financial banking IT project.

From 2003 to 2006, Melisa worked at Itemfield as a QA Manager, where they established and managed the QA and Integration departments. Melisa was responsible for maintaining product quality and managing three testing teams.
