Jeremy Aldrich

Jeremy Aldrich has a solid work experience in the field of software quality assurance and technical support. Jeremy started their career at Central Michigan Community Hospital as a Desktop Support Specialist, where they deployed and supported hardware and software for medical and office staff. Jeremy also worked on short and long-term projects and resolved issues for clients. Jeremy then joined Anthelio Healthcare Solutions as a Field Service Tech, where they maintained existing software and hardware for medical personnel and office workers at various locations, including hospitals and physician practices. Jeremy also contributed to the implementation of new facilities, software, products, and workflows. Currently, Jeremy is working at TechSmith as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead. Jeremy has progressively advanced from a Software Quality Assurance role to a Senior Software Quality Assurance position and now leads the quality assurance team.

Jeremy Aldrich attended Mid Michigan Community College from 2005 to 2007. Jeremy later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at Central Michigan University from 2008 to 2011.
