Louise Ballard Richards has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role as a Consultant and Member Relations Manager at David Lloyd Leisure. In 2012, they moved to Randstad as an Education Consultant. From 2013 to 2017, they were a School Governor at Rise Academy. During this time, they also worked at Tradewind Recruitment as a Managing Consultant and Senior Education Consultant. In 2019, they joined Northstar Innovation Group as a Customer Success Manager, where they designed and implemented essential elements of the CS function. In 2021, they became a Certified Customer Success Manager at BridgeU For Universities. Louise is currently the Director of Customer Success at Techspert.
Louise Ballard Richards has a diverse educational background. Louise obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Hull in 2008. Louise then went on to receive a Master of Science (MSc) in Business and Management from the same university in 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1-4 from SuccessHACKER between June 2021 and December 2021, Computer Programming for Everyone from FutureLearn in May 2020, and Introduction to SQL from FutureLearn in May 2020.
