Arylene Reycraft

Arylene Reycraft is the Executive Director of Techsploration, a Nova Scotia-based non-profit dedicated to inspiring girls in grades 9-12 to pursue careers in science, trades, and technology. Previously, Arylene served as the Program and Fund Development Manager at Techsploration and taught customized management training at Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC). Initially joining Techsploration on a three-month secondment from NSCC, Arylene's enthusiasm for the organization led to a permanent role, significantly contributing to its growth. Arylene has also participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program’s Women in STEM Conference in 2016, where they were one of six selected leaders.
