Joey Blair

Joey Blair has extensive experience in technical training and equipment service within the HVAC and process instrumentation industries. Currently serving as the Lead UNIT Technician at TechStar since January 2015, Joey conducts training courses on the operation and maintenance of process units and technologies. Previously, Joey served as a Field Service Technician and Corporate Trainer at TechStar, where responsibilities included teaching, equipment assembly, installations, and technical support. Prior to TechStar, Joey spent seventeen years at Kroger, specializing in HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems, progressively advancing through various technical roles. Joey began the career as a Residential Installer with Absolute Value Air Conditioning, establishing a solid foundation in the industry.
