Aaron Rogers is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Raytheon, where responsibilities include leading a team to develop a multi-billion dollar program pipeline supporting critical space missions. Previous roles include Director of Integrated Solutions at Raytheon, Senior Director of Advanced Programs at Maxar Technologies, and various management positions at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, AeroAstro, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and The Aerospace Corporation. As the Founder and CEO of Q Space Systems, Rogers provides expertise in launch and space solutions, while also mentoring early-stage startups at Techstars.
