Chris A.

Chris A. serves as the Founding General Partner at A2Z Venture since 2022, focusing on investment, business incubation, and financial services for early-stage healthtech companies, particularly those commercializing machine learning technologies in healthcare. In addition to this role, Chris A. contributes as a mentor at Techstars and as an advisor for the Creative Destruction Lab, Wyss Institute at Harvard University, Global Health Impact Network, and Plug and Play Tech Center. Chris A. is also a judge for MIT Hacking Medicine, a member of T-CAIREM at the University of Toronto, and an investor in HCDInsights and Mimepicai. Academic qualifications include an LLM in Business Law and AI regulation from the University of Toronto, an MEng in Applied Computing with a focus on Data Science and Machine Learning, and a BE in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
